Geneviève Perron

Geneviève Perron is a Montreal based cinematographer working on feature and documentary films.
After her studies in Fine Arts, she attended the prestigious Budapest Cinematography Masterclass
(Hungary 2005), giving her the chance to learn from the great cinematographers Vilmos Zsigmond and
John Schwartzman.
She was the director of photography of Camion (Best director and oecumenic award, Karlovy Vary 2012),
wich was nominated at La soirée des Jutra 2013 (Quebec film awards) for «Best cinematography».
In 2009, she also won «Best cinematography in a Canadian Short» for the film Lʼastronaute.
Her filmography includes more than 50 short films, four features, five documentaries, and many
commercials, videoclips and tv series.
