Gorm Ashurst

Joins the expedition for week 3

Gorm is Creative Director of Bullet Creative who are responsible for a lot of Cape Farewell’s design output.

Bullet were artists in residence at The Eden Project in Cornwall, as part of Cape Farewell | Eden Project’s Slow Art Programme.  The outcome of this residency saw Gorm creating the Arctic Gnome installation of 1000 Gnomes to represent the arctic sea ice.

Gorm also in recent times has been documentary photographer for Siobhan Davies Dance’s Side By Side project, and designs for various arts and environmental organisations.

His distributed photography project This Was Found was well received in 2012.

His cats are called Missy and Jess.

Pelagic Gannets
